Erotic thriller, noir, revenge fantasy, load of crap. Many adjectives can be used to describe Body of Evidence (1992) so I enlist the help of Amanda Jane Stern and Peter Stray of the Old Habits: The Rise of Hans podcast to help figure it all out. Starring Madonna and Willem Dafoe, Body of Evidence has those made-for-TV-movie vibes yet delivers something it calls a twist. Maybe we are being too harsh, though. Is this actually a legit film?
