A sattire that serves as a cautionary tale to Hollywood, this movie has a 98% on Rotten Tomatoes and for very good cause. But classic films may not be everyones cup of tea. Many adjectives can be used to describe Body of Evidence (1992) so I enlist the help of Amanda Jane Stern and Peter Stray of the Old Habits: The Rise of Hans podcast to help figure it all out. Starring Madonna and Willem Dafoe, Body of Evidence has those made-for-TV-movie vibes yet delivers something it calls a twist. Maybe we are being too harsh, though. Is this actually a legit film?
