Stallone is top notch in this role as climber Gabe Walker, but not to be undersold are the wonderful performances by Michael Rooker and John Lithgow. Is this one of Stallone's best films or is it a dud? And how well would a sequel play out?

How much would you risk for one big score? On this very special episode, I enlist the help of Steven A. Wood and David Dassau to review the 2023 Jonathan Salemi crime-thriller The Last Deal. After the legalization of marijuana sales in 2016 in CA, dealer/distributer Vincent comes to the harsh realization that his industry is fading. Because he can't get a seller's license, Vincent decides to take one last deal to ride out in the sunset. All is not as it seems, as this deal has gotten immensely complicated.
